LCC Switchboard:  0113 222 4444 - a good place to start - the receptionists are very helpful

If you are a Minicom user, please call 0113 222 4410

The main webpage to contact LCC about just about anything!

This page has access to info about just about anything and everything LCC does for us!  - It’s organised by type of service so it’s easier to navigate to the main sections, for example “housing” or “benefits”

This page is the portal to links to every single service LCC offers - it’s the first of their A-Z pages!! - There must be a thousand or more entires in alphabetical order! Great if you want to find out about the nitty gritty of things

You can download the specially written A-Z Guide to services for older & disabled people that LCC offers - there are hundreds of entries from Access Buses to Working Tax Credits! It’s useful if you are younger as well since it’s clearly written and has lots of info, plus contents and index

For general enquiries email: general.enquiries@leeds.gov.uk though using the website or phoning LCC is probably more effective

Drop-in advice sessions will no longer be held at our offices in Crossgates, Morley, Otley and Pudsey.

Leeds CAB apologises for any difficulties that may be caused by the closure of these services. We will be offering appointment-only services in all these areas, in debt advice and as part of the new Pension Wise service.

You can still get advice from Leeds CAB Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 5pm through our telephone service or by calling in to our city centre offices:
