Community Groups

We have helped to launch a number of groups who are working hard for the benefit of our community.

We have helped by organising and hosting initial meetings as well as providing financial support to buy equipment. We also provide website space for groups to let them advertise and “spread the word”.

At present there are Alwoodley in Bloom (AiB), Friends of Adel Wood (FoAW), Neighbourhood Watch as well as information about the Alwoodley Community Association (ACA).
