Working Together to Benefit our Community
The Council has power to award grants which will bring “direct benefit to the area of the parish of Alwoodley, or any part of it, or all or some of its inhabitants”. The Council therefore invites applications for grants of between £50 and £250 to support activities or projects which will benefit the community of Alwoodley Parish. So if you are a group or organisation working to improve the quality of life in Alwoodley or for a significant number of Alwoodley Parish residents, or have an idea for doing so, please apply for a grant now!

Application for an Alwoodley Parish Council Grant
It is a condition of the grant that within six months of receipt of a grant the applicant will report back to the Council on how the grant was utilised with paid vouchers/invoices and that any monies unspent be returned to the Council.
